Internet down for weeks with no support

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. Been without internet for weeks. Right outside my residence they sit with tents selling fibre to home while I sit without internet.

I have called three times and explained. Got three references and also a gentleman tried to escalate the matter on my behalf. I have sent countless mails to all over including frogfoot.

I still sit without internet at home and no estimate time when I will have it back. Sorry for those who uses Vox and Frogfoot with me , if you want fibre to home Vox and frogfoot has ZERO after sales or support.
