Internet connectivity unstable causing stress

You know with the bouts of loadshedding we had a week ago I was hoping I could get back on track with regards to work. Unfortunately working from home and for yourself means that one is reliant on an internet connection so that we may interact with clients. I don't have the money to be sitting on the line with VOX for upwards of ten minutes to follow up on my logged tickets. I got a call today saying they are investigating but it does not help when I have been offline the majority of the time since Friday. I logged a tixket which keeps getting closed while my connection drops intermittently. VOX***2
