Internet connection
Bad customer service. The internet connection disconnects and never gets activated timeously, The customer needs to email and call numerous time with no action. Its been 2 days now and the last time it took two weeks
If you are with Vox Tel. I advise you to get a another reputable service provider soon as your contract ends.
