Intermittent connection/ disappointment

Fiber installed on 7and 9 November . Didn’t work at all . Tech came to site on 2 December . Since then it only works intermittently only . Very disappointed. Needed to reactivate my old wifi as I can’t reply on the fiber . Extremely frustrating!
