Installation issues but great service

After having numerous issues with Vox and Vuma with regards to a Fibre installation, I got hold of JP Nel who is a Project Admin for FTTH Service Assurance. JP was in touch with us constantly, was calm and collected and very professional throughout the ordeal and would follow up on us and Vuma without me having to remind him constantly. He eventually permormed a miracle and got the Mikrotik wireless router configured remotely without the need to send a technician, something I had been trying to achieve via the call centre for days.

He is a real asset to the Vox team.
