Incredible service
After having the bad luck of dealing with Afrihost for 3 weeks trying to get my fibre line activated, I contacted Vox Telecoms. From the very first moment, I was blown away by the professionalism and constant feedback. 4 days afterI contacted them, my router was installed and my line active. During the process I got constant emails with photo updates on the router being installed, the speedtest results etc.
Seriously, this company went above and beyond and they definitely have a new fan.
