Increasing number of problems with my e-mail service
It seems as if Vox Telecoms are running into problems with their service. Last month I had an issue sending out e-mails. Now I have contacts complaining about the "Undeliverable" messages received when e-mails are send to me. These same contacts send the same e-mails through another servce-provider (Afrihost) without any problems whatsoever. I am grateful for the fact that they always respond telephonically when I complain but my perception is that they do not really know what the problems are.
