INCREASE WITHIN NOTIFICATION ON NEW CONTRACT(ONE MONTH OLD)!!!!

I signed up for fibre with Vox for the 10/10Mbps@R589 per month as they advertised. I am now only a month with Vox and got an lovely increase of R65...so my premium is now R654 per month. I phone Vox about the sudden increase without letting me know...and they blame Frogfoot for the increase, but I am paying VOX...very upset with this type of service...why you signing a contract then???I leave many emails regarding this issue...with nowone even consider coming back to me.
