incorrect quote - no help

<p>We requested a quote for a router from Tiffany Perry and was told the price once off is R 599 incl </p> <p>When we wanted to order the router, we were told that the router is now R 4900.00 incl </p> <p>when address this with her Manager : Rhetagan Danster, he said that he will send emails to his managers and get back to us. We followed up numerous times, all with the same answer : We are awaiting feedback from his senior manager. Today I contacted Phumi Radebe. i sent the email correspondences and requested help.</p> <p>I received a mail stating that they will deal with Tiffany as she was incorrect but if we want the router we will have to pay R 4900.00. They will not assist as they are focused on service and sell hardware with low margin. I'm not sure how they expect me to explain to a customer that the amount changed from R 599 to R 4900 and the company that made the mistake is not willing to compensate for their mistake </p> <p>Absolutely terrible and unprofessional company to deal with!!</p>
