Incorrect debit order
I'm so frustrated and disappointed with Vox, I'm debited 2700 for November no communication, don't even know what is it for, January this year was also debited an amount which they could not explain, my monthly fee was increased this year without any notice, Looks like Vox don't care 😔

28 Oct 2024, 14:04Received a call from Vox hoping for resolution and instate an egg, apparently was charged for hardware, which has been in my position from January this year no one has requested a return, asking clarity from Vox agent it's like speaking to a breakwall no interest to assist and requested for someone higher was declined, spoke about bank reversal agent said will block your subscription, I guess doing business with Vox is announced to them, obviously they don't need it
