Inconsistent internet service

Vox has been experiencing Fibre internet connectivity issues for the last week, where the internet becomes unavailable for u to 30 minutes. This is not a good reflection on your technical staff and company as a whole. More than a week and Vox is still grasping at straws. Is Vox going to refund me for the non-service which I am paying for? Really disappointed with Vox. I am ashamed that I have recommended Vox to other people in the neighborhood.
