Inconsistent Internet Connectivity

I have been having connectivity issues for the past 2 weeks and when I call my internet provider I am not getting any proper feedback. Last week I was told somebody would call me back with feedback and no one called me back, today again my line is down and no one can explain why this keeps happening. This is so much of an inconvenience as I am working from home and need to be constantly online. The worst thing is that they cannot give you a TAT to resolve your issue and they promise to call you back but NEVER call you back.
