Incompitance, Invoice
This is completely unacceptable I agree to take out vox internet line with both the simcard and the router of which only the router got delivered without the Sim card. The Sim card only got delivered in the 28th June yet voz tried billing my account from the 27th when the initial agreement was from 26th july Being credited prorate Spoke to Lerato, Candice and Zakithi yet my queries remains unresolved VOX FIX YOUR MESS OR CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND STOP DEBUTING MY ACCOUNT WITH AN AMOUNT I DUD NOT AUTHORIZE

Kindly note that the Vox billing is done in advance.
The first Invoice for your Service is issued upon activation and is payable with the invoice billed in advance for the next month.
Therefor, your billing will be for a pro-rated period, together with the full coming month in advance billing to give you your billed amount as per invoice sent.
We received the waybill confirmation that you received the package on the 24th of June 2022 and that is when our billing started.
