I want to get a alarm system for my house. i spoke to a guy named Alex Denuyschen.

He works in the adsl customer support department. I asked him some questions regarding the adsl filter and where does the RJ11 cable from the alarm system go if all the ports are used. he could not answer. then i asked him, what happens to a existing working alarm system when vox installs a adsl router for the customer.

He tells me its not vox's responsible if it does not work. Fact is this. We as vox customers are paying for a service and expect our equipment to be working. If the eqiupment like the alarm is working before vox makes changes and it doesnt work after that. We must accept it. No.

Goes to show you have no concern for other peoples property.

Good day Kevin,

Thank you for raising your query with us.

The services you currently have with Vox Telecom is an Uncapped 1Mbps DSL Data + Line.

With regards to your personal alarm system, we would not be able to assist you in this regard, as we do not support 3rd party equipment such as your current alarm system.

We highly recommend that you consult with the current Alarm System Vendor to resolve any queries or issues you might have with the alarm system.

We have confirmed that the Vox ADSL line and Data connection is currently in working order.

Should you require any further assistance with your current services, you are welcome to contact our Support Team on ***.

Kind Regards,

Vox Telecom
