Incompetence Olympics

Between vox and Vodacom its a race to the bottom. I've paid for a full month of fiber service, called numerous amount of times and it has been TWO WEEKS without service. Even if the service somehow gets restored, how am I going to be compensated for the two weeks of service that I lost due to this incompetence!! I work from home and my data that I bought costs almost more than what I'm paying for fiber just to get work done. Ridiculous!
