Incompetence at it's best, ********** at its worst

My account has been charged incorrectly for the past 12 years, for a product VOX TELECOM DOESN'T PROVIDE!!! I am owed more than R10 000 but Vox is blatantly uninterested. I have spent more than 6 months trying to get hold of someone who can assist, only to be repeatedly told "I never cancelled the service ". If I had any other option, I'd be leaving in a heartbeat. Customer service is an unknown concept at Vox, their staff are rude, useless, unhelpful and ***********. It took more than 6 months multiple emails and rejected debit orders (plus all the fees THEY CHARGED ME FOR) before they managed to change a debit order.
