INCOMPETENCE AND POOR SERVICE!!!

Worst customer service I have experienced in years. There are a few things they are very good at like selling a service that does not exist, taking your money, making empty promises, not following up on open queries, sending suspension notices (because their processes fail), etc. Maybe they should check their HelloPeter reviews more often. They are however slow and reluctant to do anything when it comes to handling and sorting out their own mistakes and incompetence. I will pay the cancellation fee with a smile and are in the market for another competent ISP that are prepared to offer a better customer experience.
