Incompetence

I am so so disappointed in your service!!

I have signed up through buzybuy with you guys and was told I would be connected by the 1st of June. After making contact then I was delayed installation was moved to the 12th and after no show I phoned again and told it was moved to the 16th and I told your representative that it’s an public holiday and they told me they do work and now after my Wi-Fi being off I contacted them today and told me it’s been delayed again to the 23rd??!! *** if I knew your service was so atrocious then I would never sign up with you.

I work from home and NEED my Wi-Fi connected today and not another delay!
