Incompetence

I have been trying to order a 20 gig sim card but this company has been so *********** by not up dating my rica address. When I called the delivery company they didn't even have voxtelecoms number to provide me - spoke to Nikki. I had to cancel my first order and re order , that was 2 weeks ago and im still waiting
