Incompetant workers

<p>I urge my fellow South Africans not to do any business with Vox Telecom because there are incompetant people working at that company and some of them aren't trained to be there. I had a contract with them of which a cellphone and tablet was part of, after they received payment from me they just went ahead and vancelled the cintract without giving me notice and without my permission and I've been struggling for the last month and a half with them to rectify THEIR mistake and no one seems te know what is going on their and to make matters even worse they tell me that they can't rectify the problem because they don't do cellphone contracts anymore, which is not my problem they made the error and now I must justbe okay with that. I refuse to believe that I must pay for some incompwtamt persons stuff up. I dont care who they have to shoot, fire or bribe I would like to have my services reconnected, I don't care what they do. And believe me I would not recommend anyone out there to do business with these incompetant fools.</p>
