Incompetant lies

Im not someone that goes and write reviews of.companies , but this is pathetic! I ordered fibre through vox and vuma on the 27October 2020 and they say it takes 14 days for u to be connected??BULL!!!!! i havent received a phone call or an e mail in regards with my instalation or connection, they said they tried calling me , i did not pick up reason im working im.not always in a position to pick up my phone so they were suppose to call me back last week thursday the 12 November 2020, still no one has phoned me and its 4 days ago today!! I have been waiting and waiting so what now !!!! You guys SUCK !!!!!!!
