impossible canceling your domain with Vox
It is near impossible to cancel your domain with Vox, tickets are being created, feels as if I am going in circles, been battling now since the 25th of March 2021, nobody you can speak to that actually knows what is going on or what to do. Now some of our mails are not working at all. Sector managers are forever in meetings... useless

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the Domain had been cancelled with Vox since mid-May.
The Support team was able to confirm that the mailbox issues arose due to the mailbox being full. The mailbox has been increased and confirmed that the mails are working again.
