Immediate Response by Voxtelecom

Vox called me soon after I posted the review last Thursday and they made arrangements for the technician to come out on the weekend but I asked them to come this morning and the technician came at 830 this morning as scheduled and the installation is now complete! I am yet to test the connection to see if it works well but at least the first step has been completed!
