I'm missing days of work and Vox consultants are not interested in assisting me
I have been without service for days now. I'm paying for a service that I'm not even receiving.I have called Vox numerous times to get assistance and Vox consultants are not interested in helping me, instead they send me from pillar to post telling me call Vodacom and Vodacom constantly sends me back to Vox. I've pleaded with them as I'm working from home and I've been missing work for days now. I don't know what to do anymore.
