I'm waiting for over a month for connection. It's a never ending story of escalation and support. I took my router to my new house.

Vox you sent me a new router I don't know where you sent it to and why? Apparently the courier company said I refused delivery. I never saw any courier company. Did you deliver it to my old address perhaps?

My fiance has been in continues contact with you. 10000emails later nothing. I have screenshot of my chats on Whatsapp where I was waiting begging almost an entire day for one email.

I am the account holder. Help me by Tuesday or I move to another provider.
