I'm just not impressed with vox telecom

I have never seen a company so slack in service .they first had sign a contract it takes them a month to come install a router then after installing the line of 5mg is not 5mg but 1 and it's been another two weeks since they never fixed it yet but the want me to pay them for a service I cannot use becos it just keep buffing .they lack of proper communication is the worst I experienced .I asked them even to come fetch their equipment .the service is too bad
