Ignored

I contacted Damian Rushton on the 26th October to request an account be transferred. I was sent the forms to be completed and returned them. Since then all emails requests on progress have been ignored and when phoning I get promises that it will be done, the last promise made on Friday the 24th was that it would be done yesterday, but still not a word from Damian.

It has been a very frustrating experience trying to deal with Damian, he is hurting the Vox brand.
