If you small business you stay away from Vox Telecom

It all started in November 2016: 1. Took Vox to install half system 6 weeks. 2. Signed for a system which only they could only install voice. 3. Received one-day simcard for our date, no rooter. Vox informed us that the system we signed for could not be installed. 4. Had to get another company to provide us with data, which they installed in 2 days. 5. Endless issues with Vox, log service calls, phone lines down, cannot phone out. 6. Eventually Vox said they would release us from our 2-year contract, as they cannot provide service as per the contract signed. 7. In August alone, we were 10 days off line. No Voice. 8. When finally wanted to port number, Vox informed us we still owe money. The threaten us if we do not pay we cannot port. 9. Pay the money, only to find out they overcharged us. 10. Number has been ported; trying getting our money back from Vox is now the problem. 11. They have endless excuses, waiting for the system, waiting for an investigation, waiting for this and that. Vox promise the world to small businesses yet there service is so bad. Even after confirming they should have walked away from the beginning they still took every month almost R2800.00 from our account for service that is not working properly. If you are wise, you will get three opinion before signing up with Vox. For Vox to release us from a 2 year contract and we not even on the end of year 1, you must know something is not right somewhere. Trying to get Managers to phone you, is impossible, they would rather sent emails just stating somebody else will get back to you. Vox is so good at passing the buck. Never take responsibility of their actions.

There is not 1 week going by that they do not have issues with their suppliers being off line. Can attached so many emails stating that they are down. Below details of outage again for yesterday: Disruption Particulars Details Service Impacted APN Services (MTN) Disruption Status Ongoing Area Affected National and surrounding areas Update The service disruption is ongoing. The fault is still being investigated by both Vox and MTN Core Team. Root Cause Identified Unknown at present.

I am still waiting for anybody at Vox to give me a full recon on my account, to maybe refund me the money that is owe to me. And to just maybe sent me an email, as that is all Vox can do, to say yes we messed up again, but your refund will show in your account tomorrow.

Yes Vox I know what your communication was, once again you guys are just saying you waiting for your system. I have been waiting for your system to work for almost a year. You guys were quick to threaten me that you will not port my number, you forced me to do it otherwise i would have lost my number, now that you guys need to refund me, now you guys have all this red tape that you need to go through?? That is truly the story with everything at Vox Telecom.

I was suppose to get full recon on the 12th, now you guys have to follow internal processes. Where was the internal process when you guys threaten me about payment for my number?

"As per all the previous Technical issues encountered our team has been there to support and ensure that we rectify it as quick as possible" Let me comment on this as well: Quick as possible, at some stage my telephone line was off for more than 48 hours, how does this qualify for quick as possible? At some stage i had to drive through to your head office to get my issues sorted out, how does this qualify as quick as possible? Come Vox it is time that you guys take responsibility?
