If you like to be ignored... sign up with Vox Telecom!!!!
I have only been a customer of Vox for a month... and it is already 1 month too many!! I moved over to Vox (a mistake I realised too late) in June. It took another month to activate my line due to the incompetence of another service provider. Anyway, not long after I moved to Vox, I found out I was being transferred overseas for work and therefore had to cancel with Vox.
I signed up to their "month-month" service, which I now know isn't really "month-month". When I requested a cancellation, I was surprised to receive a cancellation fee. I queried it and was told it was for the fibre infrastructure installation. However, I have always had the fibre infrastructure and it was originally installed by the same fibre company that I was using with Vox - so there was NO fibre infrastructure installation done.
The first customer service agent I spoke to said that if this was the case, no cancellation fee would be required. She would get back to me. Well... she didn't!!!! So I spoke to a new customer service agent, explained the situation and told her that I had spoken to her colleague (I provided her name) and that she should follow up.
The feedback I received was that I was still liable for the cancellation fee... even though no fibre infrastructure had been installed and that the cancellation charge is now to reactive the EXISTING line. So I emailed back and asked for clarity... and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!!! NOTHING!!!!!!! Vox went ahead debiting my account WITHOUT ANY CLARIFICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! My emails were completely ignored!!!!!!!!
All I can say is that I CAN'T WAIT TO BE RID OF VOX AND THE THEIR NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
