If pathetic was a service provider.

So this past Friday I wrote a review on this company regarding their pathetic service. This was subsequently deleted by HP. Later on Friday, an agent from Vox called me to arrange the router installation for today, which I accepted. First I got a meeting invite for the installation for 11:30 and then a text for the same installation to take place at 09:30. Mind you, I had arranged with her on Friday for it to take place between 09:00 and 13:00. By 11:45, no technician had showed up.

I subsequently gave them a call to report this. At this point, I want nothing to do with you Vox. Absolutely pathetic service. I will be canceling my order so, thanks, but no thanks.
