If I could, I would give them negative 5 stars...

For the past 34 days, I have been battling with Vox Fibre to resolve an issue with my account. Instead of fixing the problem, they now expect me to pay an overpriced amount, despite leaving me without internet access for much of this time. On November 26th, I subscribed to their Fixed LTE service and received the SIM card on November 29th. Upon inserting it into my router, it was never activated. I did not receive any email with activation instructions or a notification confirming activation.

I contacted the company to report this issue and was assured that I would only be charged a pro-rata amount starting from the day of activation. However, on December 1st, I was shocked to receive an invoice for the service, even though it was still inactive. Despite numerous calls to resolve this, I was repeatedly informed I would only pay from the day of activation.

After days of frustration, I decided to subscribe to their fibre service as a replacement. The fibre connection was installed and activated on December 13th. To my surprise, as of December 27th, the bill included charges for the inactive Fixed LTE service. This was unacceptable, so I reversed the debit order and contacted the company to rectify the mistake.

According to their policies, I should only be charged for services once they are active. I made it clear that I should only be charged the pro-rata amount for the fibre service from December 13th to January 1st, and the service fee for January to February. Yet, my bill totals over R2,300 for what amounts to only a month and a half of internet usage.

I have called, emailed, and used their customer service platform, all to no avail. Vox Fibre’s failure to follow their own policies and resolve this issue is unacceptable. I refuse to pay for an inactive Fixed LTE SIM card or be overcharged for services I did not receive.
