This company has to be the single worst at customer services. If its sales or an upgrade you want then youll easily find help, but if you ever have an issue it will likely not be handled. Ive had my wifi shut off for a full 48 hours and not a single person has contacted me, ive put in 3 complaints and all i got was automatic emails saying that my complaints have been handled. But my wifi is still off now and ive paid. This company is a ****
