I would never recommend this company!!!!

After not having internet for the past 10days they still continue to give you reference numbers but don’t escalate the situation. I’ve had it with this terrible service. I have a total of x5 reference number and still no internet but at the end of the money I need to pay the full amount. They have the worst customer service representatives to add.
