I wish Vox had Fibre here. Would leave "Hellkom" in a heartbeat.

Well I received the best service I have ever had from an ISP today - specifically from Damian Rushton - walked me through the entire process, polite from the start. Very helpful!

These are the kinds of people Telkom needed to employ ages ago to train their staff on how to help customers. We have had non - stop hell from Telkom so now just waiting for Fibre and Damian has ensured that I will be coming to Vox as soon as it's available. Unfortunately today was just a data contract, but hopefully more soon.

Once again, thank you very much for the amazing service and I urge anybody reading this to abandon Telkom and move to a company that cares - Vox! :)
