I was informed that WIR-VLTE-MTN-ROUTER-R: LTE-A CAT6 Router was shipped via Skynet on 13 Dec 2023. That i could track it. On 14 Dec when i tracked it, it showed a pic of a truck on the move and that it was on delivery to me. I havent received one telephone call, and the parcel has not been delivered. I sent mails to Skynet, and the response is that the parcel is with a 3rd party and given a call centre number to call. Called the no and one waits for over 15 minutes and no agent answers the phone. Mailed Vox and was informed the courier company had called, which is *******, i havent received any calls for them and to provide alternative contact numbers which i have done. This is totally unacceptable, according to the tracker, my parcel has been in East London since a14 Dec. I am not happy. Please investigate. vox ref no VOX***2. Waybill no ***
