I was assisted by Mpho Bosoma regarding a query that was logged 2 days ago. Mpho was helpful as he managed to identify the problem and walked me through the process of rectifying the error. Likewise I was able to have connectivity restored on my extender and this was because Mpho was patient, professional and very knowledgeable with regards to the devices. Thank you to Mpho for taking the extra step to investigate cause of error and to rectify the issue. Well done Mpho and keep up the sterling work.
