I want to praise the excellent service of VOX TEKECOMS that I received today of one of the empoyees by the name of SHREYA. She spend an hour on the phone to assist me to set up my email but also to help me to set up my laptop in such a way to make it userfriendly for I have almost no sight on my screen due to an eye-focus-problem. Now after she used a programme to took over my desktop she re-arranged all my icons , changed the contrass as well as the background to night vision...
