I requested Vox for a move to a new home! Fibre was installed and I got an email and cellphone message confirming that my installation was completed and that I can do the self install with the new Mikrotik router. However here is the issue where is the router !!! I then proceeded to enquire to Vox about my new installation and request where do I get my router, the service representative informs me that Skynet will courier it, but here is the catch cause they can’t even give me a tracking number but instead tell me I should phone Skynet to enquire !!! Hello 👋🏻 how do I enquire if I don’t have a waybill tracking number !! Today to my surprise I receive an email from Vox informing me that my router could not be delivered due to a “bad address” !!!! What how can my address be bad if the fibre contractor came to the new installation address and completed the fibre installation !!! I want answers, I am so livid. Vox reference number.
