I really wish i could give it a zero. Pick any other ISP and you'd get better service

I opened a contract with vox for fiber to the home, provided them all the information i had and called to make sure that they had everything they needed so i had a smooth transition. Not only could they not identify my apartment after providing them my proof of address and the previous tenants Vox invoice telling them that they had a previous customer who used them in the same apartment. They couldn't retrieve their previous customers address and gaslight me into thinking the previous tenant didn't have an account with them, even though he had been paying them and they had been invoicing him. Kelvin the consultant in charge of my account couldn't even come up with solutions and i had to pitch possible solutions to him to find the address. I have never delt with a more *********** team. The only person i delt with who was great was Nadine who was patient and explained the process to me. Chantal in customer care and Kelvin in the case manager team were rude and *********** and unhelpful. Anyway if you are struggling to pick an ISP and are thinking of getting VOX literally choose anyone else literally any other ISP cause if they cant even install your wifi how can you trust them if something goes wrong.
