I ordered the UPS, they brought a faulty one I immediately informed them of the fault, they took 3 weeks to collect it
I ordered the UPS, they brought a faulty one I immediately informed them of the fault, they took 3 weeks to collect it. While I could not use it, they billed me for prorata and the full month. All my attempts to get my mine back have not worked. So basically they ****med me. I am still struggling to get my refund. This all happened between Sept and October.
