I have to pay 1 months notice but no ADSL??

Vox Telecom sold us an adsl line that has been absolutely awful. Their service and technical team has been AMAZING and I am so grateful for their help but unfortunately there is a problem between VOX and TELKOM. My ADSL is down and both are blaming each other... I have NO ADSL, no internet at the moment and no one can figure out the problem. I have now cancelled my service in the hopes that we will have fiber in our area soon but VOX wants me to pay a months notice... after telling me when I took the offer that it is a no pay no service month to month deal.. It is one thing paying for a last month of service but I have no internet.... and paying a month's notice doesnt seem fair since no one can figure out the problem??
