I have been experiencing technical issues with Vuma/Vox for the past three days now
I have been experiencing technical issues with Vuma/Vox for the past three days now. Had no wifi and the box is not working. Logged tickets which are not being attended to and they refuse to reimburse me for the days that I have to keep buying data because of their inconvenience.
