I had an issue today where my router was on but had no service

I had an issue today where my router was on but had no service. I called the contact line and was assisted by Steve Molaba on the issue. He was very knowledgeable and patient assisted me by being clear on what I should do and the matter was resolved in less than 15 minutes.
