I had a problem with my Wi-Fi & then contacted the service provider telephonically.Was assisted by Mr Bongani Mogalaki.The guy exceeded my expectations.He was so patient with me when I struggled through the process of connecting to the Wi-Fi.He is such a person with good communication & listening skills.He displayed a sense of professionalism throughout when he assisted me.May The Lord God protect such a great person & shower him with some extra wisdom to carry on.Vox Telecom...The guy is an asset to your company.
