I guess they think they have the whole thing waxed, WRONG!!!!!!!!

I guess it's not worth complaining, as it's clear they don't even look at Hello Peter to see if there are any problems and respond appropriately. I guess they think they have the whole thing waxed, WRONG!!!!!!!! I wont even go into my complaint as I am sure you reading this don't have all day, and certainly VOX telecom don't have the time, see all the non responses.
