I got hellopeter just to give Vox a bad review

Terrible. Took about 4 months just to get to the point of having fibre and the router installed. Everything took so long and was a huge hassle. Installers would show up randomly and never call ahead, only some people in the call centre were vaguely helpful. Now sitting here, nearly half a year later with a router that still doesn't have WiFi while Vox tells me the issue must be that my device isnt connecting to the router while I try to set the WiFi up.

Have been driven to buy data just to post a mad review online.
