If you ever place an order, ask for MJ Deysel in Sales. He is fantastic. He has been such a great help through my entire installation and order. Once my Fibre line was installed, Vox called me the day after to schedule a date and time to set up my router. They sent me constant updates and they were on time and efficient when the installation took place. The only reason why I did not give them a 5 star rating was due to the fact that they could not find my address efficiently enough after giving them my lease agreement, google maps location, and the number of the person who oversaw our Fibre installation. As well as them constantly asking me the same thing after a number of e-mails answering their questions.
