How they make there money(pathetic service)

So I decided to join the world of wifi at home, i was enquiring arround for the best deal. I did not want a binding contract, i wanted a month to month contract. I called Vox Telecom, they offered me a deal of 20gig at R219, I took that deal, I told them because it's the first time I first want to monitor the usage. Because it's a month to month contract, you pay a month upfront. I paid for the 20gig, I recieved a bill of R254.34. this amount was due by the 1st June 2019. They debited my account on the 30th May 2019, even though I specifically told them I get paid on the last day of the month. I did a EFT on the 31st May 2019 of the mentioned amount. On the 03 June 2019. I recieved a statement of a arrears amount of R35.31 for a rejected debit order. I immediatley called them and asked why must I pay extra fees for a mistake they did, because the debit order was for the 1st June 2019 and they debited before the time. They told me its according to the contract agreement that I agreed to. On the 7 June 2019 my 20gig data was depleted, I immediatley did a upgrade online of 50gig which was supposed to be from the new month because the guy I spoke with who was doing my deal innitially, told me if I wanted to do an upgrade it would only be from the next month active and not the month of my request. Vox activated this immediately, or so they say. On the 12 June 2019 I recieved a notice of suspension for an amount of R314.51, I called again to find out what this is for, they told me R254.34 is for the 20gig and then the R35.31 is for the rejection fees of the returned debit order. I told them but I paid for the R254.34 already and the R35.31 I will pay month end. On the 25 June 2019 I recieved a statement of R663.51, this was now for the 50gig that I never recieved, it was an amount of R279.20 and the new months data for the 50gig that I initially wanted from July 2019. I called them again, they told me they charged me on a pro-rata basis because the month had already began when I did the upgrade. i told this person I was speaking to, this is exactly what i did not want because it meant I would have to pay double month end. He told me okay he would fix it on his side. i spoke to many people, I was being transfered from sales, to accounts, to technical support. I spoke with the technical people telling them that accounts and sales is telling me that the 50 gig has been activated from the 7 June 2019 already, but I am not recieving anything on my side, I restarted, rebooted the router but no service, nothing is coming through. The technical guy told me yes because on his side it is showing pending change which means they never got the go ahead to activate it yet. I paid a R315 on the 28 June 2019 and then another R40, to make the R349 for the 50gig full. On the 12 July 2019 I recieved a credit memo of R162.38 and a statement of R110.82, that is still due by me. I call vox immediately to ask why must I still pay because according to me I paid for all that I have received. The 20gig which was supposed to be R219, I paid R254 for, this was for June 2019 The 50gig, for July 2019 I paid R315 and then another R40, which adds up to R355. A 50gig is R349 so what is this R110.82 for, they told me they cant credit me the whole amount as there was usage over June. Then i said yes the 20gig that i paid for and i never received the 50gig. they are still insisting on that i pay this amount. I even tried connecting on my phone after every call I had to sort this out, there was no connection. They still expect me to pay,

my router was even off the last 2weeks of June, s what was being used, I requested that they send me a report, they send me a report of the usage which was for the 20gig not the 50gig,

vox employees are ***********, they still cant sort this out, there service is pathetic

I cancelled my account with them and decided with another provider, I will not pay that money, how can i pay for something I never recieved.
