HOW LONG SHOULD ONE WAIT FOR A SIMPLE ROUTER

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service I have received from VOX company. Nothing has been as promised and I am still sitting at home waiting for a router. I don't understand why I have to pay at the end of the day for a service that I can clearly see is going to be very PROBLEMATIC. So I guess whatever issues I encounter in the future it will be this kind of attitude that I will be receiving. It makes me wonder why I should take this DEAL because clearly, it is not working for me. Now nobody is responding to me and I am like a fool calling and getting no reply. I have dealt with rude people from installation and TODAY a rude woman in customer service. What type of circus are you guys running? You are dealing with paying customers but we are not allowed to complain?
