How long does installation take to complete

My line was ordered on the 12th December 2020. A team was sent for installation to our house on the 23rd of December 2020, on completion of the installation of the line to the house i was told splicing needed to be done and my line would be ready.

After many calls requesting feedback and being told the matter has been escalated my installation has still not been completed.

All i would like to know at this point is how long does an installation take to complete.
